Considered one of the most famous theme parks in Abu Dhabi, Warner Bros. World offers lots of wonderful rides and attractions for children and grown-ups. Located on Yas Island, it has grown in popularity since its opening in 2018.

1. What can you find in Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi?
As mentioned earlier, the famed Abu Dhabi theme park comprises six lands:
Warner Bros. Plaza
The Warner Bros Plaza is the heart of Warner Bros. World. Inside, you’ll find elegant decorations that showcase the golden era of Hollywood and all things Warner Bros. It also has a rooftop with evolving skylines and screenings.

Bedrock
If you’re familiar with The Flintstones, then you have a pretty good idea what this place is all about. If not, expect to be swept into the world of the best stone-age-themed cartoon of all time.

2. How do you get to Warner Bros. World?
There are four ways to reach Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi:
Via Yas Express
From Dubai, take the shuttle bus that directly brings guests to the prime attractions of Yas Island, including Warner Bros. World. The Yas Express also operates along several routes daily, between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m.
Via the Metro
After exiting the Abu Dhabi International Airport Terminal 3, you can ride the Metro and get off at the Ibn Battuta Mall to take the bus headed to Shahama bus stop. From there, a cab can already take you to Warner Bros. World.
Via Car
You can also hire a taxi to bring you directly to Yas Island Warner Bros or drive there yourself. The approximate time you need to reach the theme park are as follows:
- 20 minutes from the Abu Dhabi airport.
- 35 minutes from the Abu Dhabi city centre.
- 60 minutes from the Dubai Marina.
- 80 minutes from Bur Dubai, Deira, or Dubai International Airport.
Via Bus
From Abu Dhabi International Airport Terminal 1, take the bus headed to Ghubaiba Bus Station before moving on to another bus that stops at the Abu Dhabi central stations. Then, go to Al Wadha Terminal, where you will find a bus that can take you to Warner Bros. World.
3. When is the best time to visit Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi?
Generally, the best time for a trip to Abu Dhabi is between November and March, when the temperature is cooler (at around 19 to 22 degrees Celsius).
But since Warner Bros. World is a fully air-conditioned destination, you don’t need to worry even if you can’t book a flight during those prime months and just head there anytime you like.
Just remember that the UAE weekend falls on Fridays and Saturdays. That means you can expect longer queues and bigger crowds (and, possibly, limited rides) during those days.
4. Are there rules and policies to be followed in Warner Bros. World?

Following height restrictions in the rides
The height restrictions keep all visitors who wish to enjoy the park safe. Keep this in mind, especially if you are bringing children along.
Maintaining orderly behaviour
Unruly behaviour, abusive language, and intoxication won’t be tolerated in the theme park.
Staying in line
No one is allowed to jump ahead of the queue to maintain order inside the theme park.
Abiding by restrictions on banned items
To ensure maximum safety and security, the following items are not allowed inside the park:

- Bags with wheels, including suitcases and coolers.
- Two-wheeled vehicles, roller skates, and skateboards.

To show respect for the country’s culture, make sure you dress appropriately when visiting the theme park. Stick to family-friendly attire that adheres to the culture of the city.
Avoid any sheer or revealing clothing. Also, steer clear of shirts and other pieces that have potentially offensive slogans on them.
Ensuring children have grown-ups with them
Children below 12 years old should never be left alone inside the park premises. A grown-up should accompany them with a valid ticket during their stay.
